Libra is the peacemaker, a natural for negotiation and diplomacy. She dislikes conflict and will go to any length to avoid confrontations. Fair is fair and this is the sign best suited to command an army.
Tandem, two, duets and all things in pairs are best suited for Libra. She speaks in the language of “we”. We’ll see you later…we’ll be right back…we’ll call…etc. etc. You can spot a Libra in a crowd because he or she will be with one person rather than mingle. Comfortable in partnership, Libra gravitates to another Libra, since the ground rules are already in place for a relationship.
If you love a Libra, share everything. Consult your mate in decision making, although decisions are Libra’s weakness. Know that you will have the final word, go through the “we” thing to keep peace. Sky Watch: Once every eighteen months the planet Venus trots backwards. We know that Mercury does this, three times a year and by now, we know the drill. This is not a good time to have a cosmetic surgery, buy new luxury items or decorate. If the spending bug has bitten, stick to antiques, secondhand stuff and redo’s. Possibly an old flame will resurface, expect a jealous showdown.
Aries (March 21-April 20) Aries should take care not to invest during this retrograde of Venus. Loans and other money lending ventures not suggested. If there was a past request for financial assistance you may get a response, if so, go forward, this is the exception. Events around you will take on a fated quality for Aries especially, because this cycle deals with other people’s resources and goods. Cosmic Advice: Resume conversations related to partnership despite any slowdown in negotiations, commitment is possible.
Taurus (April 21-May 20) Taurus gets more serious when it comes to a partnership. This could be a marriage or a business opportunity. Issues dealing with females and past decisions resurface. One-on-one becomes more self-serving, better to hang back until the backward motion ends November 18. Cosmic Advice: There is a fated quality to events, and you may feel yourself becoming involved in something you cannot control.
Gemini (May 21-June 21) Gemini may discover work related decisions are self-serving, one benefits but another may not. If you attempt negotiation, there will be unresolved issues to contend with first and compromise will be difficult but not impossible. Cosmic Advice: The fated quality of this cycle asks Gemini to keep a low profile on the job, stay under the radar, and take advantage of the low visibility. Wear muted colors and simple jewelry.
Cancer (June 22-July 22) Cancer has a sense that any and all artistic ventures are more focused than usual. That gut feeling applies in the art world and in creativity, where Cancer folk will be taken more seriously. However, there is a lack luster aura at even the grandest of parties; wallflowers unite. Cosmic Advice: Fate happens. Expect that you will have your share of events that are out-of-your-hands.
Leo (July 23-August 22) Leo may spend more time at he ranch than expected, money from past real estate transactions or those pending will experience a slowdown. Deal with each issue as it surfaces, one-by-one. Decisions to buy or sell are made but this is not a good time to sell or buy-make the motions but do nothing until December. Cosmic Advice: You can become a viable part of your surroundings; you were on hold for a while. No more.
Virgo (August 23-September 21) Virgo must contend with news of relatives & siblings. Jealousy may be at the core of relationship issues. Try not to buy into the gossip; you will fare better when this cycle ends. Your best resource is to collaborate with those who are on your side; there are more than you know. Cosmic Advice: You will deal with personal finances, money set aside for retirement or for a rainy day.
Libra (September 22-October 22) Libra will review finances and personal resources. This cycle focuses hard on restructuring. Make a commitment to take care of your comfort, to assure that you have what you need when you need it. Take precautions do not move to swiftly, not likely anyway, focus on artistic venture that have a monetary return. Cosmic Advice: Talk is your specialties, partnerships, negotiations, peacemaking all favor the Libra mentality.
Scorpio (October 23-November 21) Scorpio cannot stop the urge to track down an old lover, to dig up dirt on a past flame, or beat the dead horse over a sore subject like love. Events are drenched in fate, thinking produces encounters that come-out-of-the-blue. Believe that you “wished” these meetings: only a fool would desire that imagination become reality. Cosmic Advice: Dreams are significant, question and get answers.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) Sagittarius is planning and doing behind the scenes. An encounter with the past conjures up all kinds of issues. Not jealous by nature, Sadge may grapple with the hand of fate, which produces situations that spawn a jealous mind. Aquarius (January 20-February 18) Aquarius needs to slow down and look around. Most of the folk around you are self-serving. Some have ideas or beliefs that are teetering on the fanatical. Do not buy into this behavior, steer away, stay focused and committed. Use a creative and more artistic approach to your career goal. Do not play the game of take away. Cosmic Advice: Fate plays a role during this cycle, good things can happen, surprises can bring good fortune.
Pisces (February 19-March 20) Pisces should allow their mind to wander, to return to the groundwork of their beliefs. Politically there are those playing God, their ideas and beliefs are contradictory to a good life for all. Fanatics are everywhere. Fate has a way of intervening, let things be; you cannot save the world, only yourself. Cosmic Advice: You can, however, speak on behalf of those who cannot be heard.
